OSCA Examination Question 1.
A 48 year old female complains of neck swelling associated with dysphagia & dyspnea of gradual onset. She was admitted into hospital after an acute episode of breathlessness . After resuscitation, a Chest X-ray was done followed by a CT scan of the neck.
